INNERSUN computes a personal portrait across symbolic frameworks. Doing that requires personal information, some of it unusually specific. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, who else touches it, and how to get rid of it.
You can add other people (partners, family, clients) to compute relationship readings. Only add someone else's birth details if you have a reasonable basis to do so, and delete them when you no longer need them. You are responsible for what you enter about other people. Practitioners: you are the controller of your clients' data and need your own basis for holding it.
We do not sell your data, we do not share your charts or entries with advertisers, and we do not use them to build profiles for anyone but you. Website measurement is described in “Cookies and measurement” below.
On the public website we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Vercel Analytics to understand how INNERSUN is found and used and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies only after you accept the notice shown on your first visit; until then, and if you decline, Google receives only cookieless, aggregated pings and the Meta pixel is not loaded at all. We also keep the campaign parameters of the link that brought you here (for example utm_source) so we can tell which channels work. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the notice will appear again. None of this measurement is ever applied to your charts, journal, dreams or conversations.
Readings produced by the AI are generated text, not fact and not advice. INNERSUN is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If something in a reading worries you, talk to a qualified professional.
Your data stays until you delete it. Deleting a profile removes it and its computed charts. Deleting your account removes your account and everything attached to it, permanently, including from backups within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security in our database means a signed-in account can only read its own rows. Nobody at Sol in Homine reads your journal or your readings as a matter of routine; we access data only when you ask for support or when investigating a specific fault.
INNERSUN is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has an account, write to us and we will remove it.
We are a US company and our providers are US-based. If you use INNERSUN from outside the United States, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States.
If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
