Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Sol in Homine LLC for use of INNERSUN. Using the service means you accept them.

What INNERSUN is

INNERSUN computes a portrait of you across astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, numerology, Enneagram, MBTI and other symbolic frameworks, and uses AI to synthesise what they suggest. It is offered for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional. Decisions you make after reading it are yours.

Your account

You must be 16 or older.
Give accurate account details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One person per account. Practitioner plans may hold client records; they do not entitle those clients to their own access.

Your content

Birth data, journal entries and notes you enter remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, compute readings from it, and send the relevant parts to our AI provider when you ask for an interpretation. We claim no ownership and will not publish or sell it.

If you enter another person's details, you confirm you have a reasonable basis to do so and will remove them on request.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or bypass our security, or reverse the service's access controls.
Do not automate, scrape or resell the service or its AI features, or use it to build a competing dataset.
Do not use INNERSUN to harass, profile or make consequential decisions about other people — hiring, lending, housing, insurance or similar.
Do not upload unlawful content or anything you have no right to share.

Plans and payment

Free accounts get a limited set of frameworks. Paid plans unlock the rest; current prices are shown on the pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.
Refunds: if INNERSUN is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion.

Invitations, guest passes and free months

Every account has an invite link. A person who creates their account through your link is recorded as invited by you and connected to you in the app; either of you can end that connection at any time.
Free months: when people you invited start paying, you may earn free months of your plan — three Explorer subscribers or one Practitioner subscriber earn an Explorer month; for Practitioner accounts, three Practitioner subscribers or five Explorer subscribers earn a Practitioner month. A person counts once, on their first paid invoice; trials, guest passes and $0 invoices do not count. Free months are credits applied to your INNERSUN bill, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are applied when you have an active subscription.
If a charge that earned a free month is refunded within 14 days, the free month is withdrawn. We may withhold or reverse free months earned through self-referral, duplicate accounts or other abuse, and may change or end the programme with notice.
A guest pass grants a paid plan free for a fixed period, once per account. When it ends, your account returns to the free tier unless you subscribe.

Availability

INNERSUN is a young product offered as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change. We keep backups, but you are encouraged to use the export in Settings for anything you would hate to lose.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sol in Homine LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on a reading. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction.
